Welcome to Blume Haus School & Styling. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including any courses, styling sessions, workshops, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling in or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services Provided
Blume Haus School & Styling offers educational courses, styling consultations, workshops, and training sessions related to floral styling for weddings and events, and related fields. Details of each Service will be provided at the time of booking.
Enrollment and Payment
Enrolling in our courses or booking styling sessions requires payment in full or a specified deposit as outlined on our website or promotional materials.
- Payment can be made via the methods listed at the time of booking.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Workshops & Short Courses:
- Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session or class.
- Cancellations made within the allowed period will receive a credit to a future workshop.
- Late cancellations (day of event) and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the fee without refund or credit. We do understand that emergency situation and unforeseen circumstances arise and will always work with clients in this situation for a fair outcome.
- Blume Haus School & Styling reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice given.
Client Conduct
-Clients are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during sessions and while on premises or participating online.
Blume Haus School & Styling reserves the right to refuse service or terminate enrolment if a client’s conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and branding provided by Blume Haus School & Styling are the property of Blume Haus School & Styling and protected by copyright.
- Clients may not replicate, distribute, or publicly share any materials without prior written consent.
Health and Safety
- Clients must inform Blume Haus School & Styling in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or other issues that may affect participation.
- Styling sessions and workshops may involve the use of natural and synthetic products; clients assume responsibility for checking any product suitability.
Liability
- While Blume Haus School & Styling strives to provide quality education and styling, we do not guarantee specific results.
- Clients participate in all Services at their own risk.
Blume Haus School & Styling is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except where required by law.
- Further, all of our Services are provided without a warranty withthe exception of any warranties provided by law. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever.
Privacy
- We collect and store personal information as necessary to provide our Services.
Personal data will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws as stated by governing bodies.
Our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
Photo and Video Use
- Blume Haus School & Styling may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.
